Gati employees get customized training at the five PD Agarwal Development Centers. Experienced external faculties deliver sessions on specialization and behavioral aspects. External training programs are conducted by premier organizations and institutes such as Council of Logistics Management, Confederation of Indian Industry, FICCI, XLRI, IIM, etc.

It is mandatory for every Gati'ite to participate in the prescribed number of training days every six months. This mandatory training procedure, called the hygiene factor, is taken very seriously and is considered a part of the performance of each zone.
