Mr. Subramanian has over 16 years of experience in the Corporate Sector. He started his career with Cipla Limited and thereafter has served with organisations like, G.E, Philps, Infosys and Vodafone.

An expert in the HR domain, Mr Subramanian has worked to make the Companies he served as Great Places to Work and worked closely with the business to help integrate HR processes to achieve organisation goals. In addition to this he worked on projects which improved the productivity, loyalty and commitment levels of the employees. He is also Six sigma trained and a Certified Trainer through GE Corporate.

An achiever who sets examples for his team mates to emulate. He has won numerous awards and recognition during his professional career. Some of them are Achievement Award for Professional Excellence from GE, USA and Accomplishment Award from GE Financial Assurance at San Rafael, California to name a few.
