Mr. Mandar Babre is the Chief Business Development Officer. His focus in on achieving business goals by meeting customer needs through implementation of strategies for top line and bottom line growth and building visibility for the organization.

He has over 20 years of experience in Quality, Customer Management, process Excellence, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply chain. Prior to joining Gati, he was the Asia Pacic Head for Quality, Continuous Improvement & TPM with Owens Corning. Mr. Babre joined Owens Corning in 1998 as an Engineer and grew into various leadership roles within the organization. He was instrumental in heading Zero Defect Quality approach, Continuous improvement, Operations, Projects & driving the company’s strategy of TPM across all manufacturing units in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Babre is an Electrical Engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Operations from the Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, he is also a trainer & speaker on excellence modules like Lean, Six Sigma, Process Engineering, Total Quality Management (TQM), VSM and TPM.
