The Chief HR, Vigilance & Business Support Group Officer at GATI, Mr. Pavel Chopra leads the people strategy to drive cultural transformation. He drives change to get the organization ready for an increasingly competitive landscape. With the additional charge of Vigilance and Business Support Group, he oversees the entire P&A spend and drive various non-HR initiatives that directly contribute to the larger organizational goals.

He is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management (Change Management, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness, aligning People Agenda with Business Goals, and M&A Integration). Prior to joining Gati in 2015, he worked across multiple industries (ITeS, Healthcare, Financial Services, Media, and Logistics) and brands (GE, Genpact, Sony and Aditya Birla Capital).

Mr. Chopra is a PGCHRM from XLRI, Masters in Computer Science and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
He is an avid non-fiction reader, loves traveling and enjoys watching unconventional movies and documentaries.
