T.S. Maharani has over 20 years of experience handling compliance, secretarial, legal, finance and administration functions in the manufacturing industry, power sector and presently in the logistics sector. She has served as a Director on the Board of NSL Krishnaveni Sugars Limited, Hyderabad.

Ms. Maharani was earlier associated with a team of Practising CS Professionals rendering consultancy services to corporate entities, LLPs and Individuals and has expertise in providing Legal Opinions on interpretation of the various provisions of Companies Act.

She is a qualified Company Secretary (FCS) with Post Graduation in Law (LLM), Accountancy (MCOM) and Business Management (MBA).

She is passionate about counselling students and also imparts training and teaching services as a Corporate Professional. She has addressed many Indian and international students as well as employees as a guest faculty on various forums.
