A logistics and supply chain expert with over 25 years of experience, Uday has a proven track record in scaling up businesses through effective management, and in leading teams to outcome oriented goals. He is known to innovate for continuous improvement and work cross-functionally, and has a strong background in customer insight, large enterprise value selling, large complex deal management. Building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams is one of his key strengths.

Before joining Gati, Uday hadled sales at various logistics organisations, including Delhivery, Spoton Logistics, Safe Express, and Aramex, among others.

Uday holds a diploma in software engineering from NIIT and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
