| Key Accountability Area (KRAs) | • Able to manage accounts related transformation project • Study of existing business processes, Business requirement documents (BRD) preparation • Presenting the gathered business information/BRD to business and IT leads for sign off • Convert the approved business requirements into techno-functional documents (optional) • Explain the techno-functional documents to development team • Able to guide team for test cases writing and execution based on business stories and functionalities • UAT and Go-live support with the help of IT software support team • Basic understanding of AP, AR, GL |
| Qualification | B-Tech/MBA-Finance / CA-Inter / M-com /any other equivalent degree |
| Experience | • 3-4 years accounting work experience in logistics industry is preference • Work experience with MS-Dynamic 365, Oracle APPS or any other accounting application (advantage) • Having application development project / work experience is added advantage |
| Technical Competencies | • Good communicator & ability to lead the project • Good interpersonal skills • Computer proficiency, Analytics, MS office etc. • Database concept and basic understanding of any other applications, PL/SQL query etc |
