Role Purpose | The purpose of this role is to improve the HR Processes with minimum cost and optimum utilization of resources. The same is achieved through co-ordination between EDC’s and HO to attain process discipline through monitoring & training the Gati’ites. This will be accomplished by: • Talent Acquisition • Talent Management • Talent Development |
Key Accountability Area (KRAs) | • End to end life cycle management of employees covering entire gamut of HR for the EDC/Region • Partner Talent Acquisition team for optimum manpower availability in line with the budgeted cost for the EDC • Manage new hire assimilation process through facilitating onboarding, orientation and deployment as per structure and norms • Build a communication channel to ensure robust and transparent two way communication between HR and employees creating HR visibility and credibility in the EDC • Develop HR intelligence in the field with a micro view of undercurrents and take pro-active measures to identify, retain and ring-fence top performers and drive performance oriented culture • Continuously engage employees in all locations through sustained employee engagement/CSR initiatives, R&R and people connect • Champion people cause through grievance handling and manager/culture related issues • Driving HR initiative in the EDC including PMS and Training • Partner with business and drive HR initiatives in-line with organizational/people needs • Ensure statutory and disciplinary compliance as per standing orders, COC and disciplinary matrix |
Qualification | Post Graduate in HR |
Experience | •2-5 Years |
