Mehernosh Mehta, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Gati-KWE, is directing an integrated HR function pan-India, crafting people strategies, and transforming HR processes.
Over two decades in the HR function, he is an industry veteran and influencer all geared to mark a difference through translating visions, and strategies into actionable and value-added goals. With a vast experience in multiple industry verticals from the consumer, to pharmaceutical, logistics to engineering, he has worked with brands like Asian Paints, Sanofi, Tata Group, and Mahindra Logistics.
He honed his skills studying post-graduation, in personnel management, and in industrial relations at Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. His last association was with Welspun Corporation, where he headed the entire HR function as Sr. Vice President and Global Chief Human Resource Officer. Prior to that, he was leading the HR function at the pan-India level as a strategic leader at the Mahindra Logistics as a Vice President. He is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing people and is a visiting faculty at management institutes like TISS and NMISS. He is also a member, of the Board of Studies (HR) at NMIMS.
